Three New Windows Vista Patches Coming

vistapatch.jpg

I know, I know, I just expressed my love for Windows. And while it's true I think Vista is a fun operating system, I'll also be the first to admit there are some fixes that could make it even more fun and accessible.

Well, Microsoft is releasing a few of those fixes in patches, presumably today, according to News.com. While I would like to see more compatibility patches, these fixes are aimed more at general use and stability. The three patches will:

  1. Better battery life on mobile gadgets, increased wireless connection stability, and improves system response after being idle.
  2. A fix that works with USB connection issues, specifically related to when the system wakes up from sleep, that has been causing about 1%-2% of Windows crashes.
  3. A Windows Media Center update for Vista Home Premium and Vista Ultimate that improves connections with XBox 360's when they are set-up as Media Center Extenders.

For those that have made the jump to Vista (and haven't jumped back to XP yet), keep an eye out for these today!

And girls who like girls who like fembots!
