Free DivX Pro For Everyone!
So I may have been a little grumpy earlier when I posted about customized ringtones for iPhone users that own a Mac. I still feel like the Windows users of the world were given a bit of a slap on that front, but at least we've been given another gift all together, and this one from DivX!
For a limited time, Windows users can download a free copy of DivX Pro directly from DivX's website. With Pro, you are able to create your very own DivX files! Not only can you download all sorts of wonderful movies in DivX format (of course, our readers only download legal files), but you can create your own amateur por... um, movies as well!
Sorry Mac fans, this one is for Windows only. This'll be off limits, unless of course you purchase a copy of Windows and use Boot Camp, in which case, welcome to the free DivX Pro!

I was able to download and register the Mac version of DivX by clicking the little "Mac" link on their page. Maybe it appeared after your post? Either way, it's not just for Windows any more.
