HD Format War: Warner Bros. Angers Blu-ray Potter Fans

Despite rumours that Warner Bros., who currently releases movies on both Blu-ray and HD-DVD, may be switching to Blu-ray only come January at CES, it seems Warner Bros. is keen to fan the flames in the ongoing HD Format War with their latest snafu:
AVS Forum user Evan702 posted the results of the recent unboxing of his shiny new Harry Potter 1-5 Blu-ray Set only to discover that the disc for Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire was actually an HD-DVD disc!
Understandably, Evan702 was very upset at the discovery and tried to contact Warner Bros about the issue to little result. Soon, other users chimed in that their Blu-ray Harry Potter sets were similarly infected with HD-DVD discs.
Word on the street is that Warner Bros. is preparing an exchange program as you read this to appease legions of angry Blu-ray fans.
I was planning on picking up the set myself but may hold out until the situation is resolved. I guess I'll just have to wait a little while longer to watch Sean Biggerstaff (really, you couldn't ask for a better name when being written about on a gay technology site) aka Oliver Wood in glorious high definition. Mmmmm, Biggerstaff...
I'm furious with Warner right now!Harry Potter BD gift sets with HD DVD discs inside [AVS Forums]
