Nokia Patents Crazy M.C. Escher Phone

As the somewhat proud owner of the "accidentally aubergine" (as I like to call it) Nokia N95, Nokia's previous two-way-sliding slider juggernaut phone, I herald this diagram with a certain amount of anticipatory self-loathing. The N95, you see, slides both up - to reveal the keypad - and down, showing music controls I think I've used once, but often find myself accidentally opening when reaching into my pockets (ahem). Vexing and battery-draining.
This masterwork beauty incorporates an unimaginable third silde into the mix: sliding sideways to reveal a QWERTY keyboard. This is awesome for those who appreciate a Swiss Army phone, and somewhat less than awesome for butterknuckles like me. Hurry, iPhone 2.0, hurry!
