POTC: The Curse Of The Black Pearl Replacement Discs Now Available

If you're like me and purchased Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl on Blu-ray, you are probably entitled to a replacement disc from Disney to fix issues with a large batch of discs.

The problem stems from framing issues present in most copies of the movie on Blu-ray that cut off parts of the movie in certain scenes.

How do you know if you have these issues? Go to the 25min. 39sec. point on the film and if you can only see half of Orlando Bloom's beautiful face (*swoon*) then you have a faulty disc and qualify for a replacement.

I called Disney's customer support line (1-800-723-4763 for the US, 1-800-877-2843 for Canada) and was told to write an e-mail to disneyinfo {AT} disneyhelp [COM] (I don't want them to get spammed, so interpret the obfuscation there) with the following information in order to get your replacement disc:

Name
Address
Phone Number
Disc UPC Number

I'll update you all on my efforts to receive my replacement disc.
