Seven New Patches For Windows Next Week

Windows Patch

CNet's News.com is reporting that Microsoft will be releasing 7 new patches on December 11. Three of the patches are labeled Critical, the other Important.

The Critical patches:

One Patch concerns DirectX 7 - 10.
One Patch for Microsoft Media Format
One patch for Internet Explorer update

Of the Important patches, two will be dedicated to Windows Vista, one for steady ol' XP and 2000, and the last one for XP and Windows Server 2003.

I'll be crossing my fingers for improved FPS for DX 10.
