Sideways Alarm Clock For Your Sleepy Head
If you need or want a clock designed for one specific position (prone), the Emily Clock from designer Greg Wolos is right up your 90 degree angle alley. The clock, as you can see unless you're lying down and looking at the screen from the wrong angle, and maybe still even then, is sideways. And wall-mounted. For those mornings when opening your eyes is the best you can muster.
Is this awesome, or is it just weird? What I really need is a computer screen and television mounted on the ceiling above my bed, so I can watch television (which one does for a rather longer period of neck-twisting time than say, glance at the clock) and answer email without having to decant myself from bed.
