The Year In Robots, Of Course
Scientific American brings us a review of 2007 as seen through the eyes of a robot such as my feline friend Patches here - lil cutie. It was a good year for robots, what with Japan's Robot of the Year, NASA's tests for robotic medical care in space, simulated surgery aboard a flying military C-9 aircraft, the Defense Department's robot soldier work, as well as a crawler robot to rescue the miners at Crandall Canyon in Utah.
