Tech Logos Through The Ages

If you didn't know that Apple's very first logo was designed by one of its co-founders (the third one no one talks about - Ronald Wayne - that sold his stock in the company early on for $800) and featured a complex engraving-like picture of Issac Newton sitting underneath an apple tree, then this article's for you!
Neatorama steps us through the evolution of logos from many of today's tech companies, and boy are there some ugly logos shoved in some of these companies' pasts!
Of particular interest to me was Canon's very first logo, which was actually then called Kwanon for their very first camera, and depicted the Buddhist Bodhisattva of Mercy of the same name. It looks like something that would be on a surfing board more than a camera company's logo. Quite a bit of work.
