iPhone Torrent App, ZOMG!!!1!1!

We knew it would happen eventually, it was just a matter of time. With all that the iPhone can do, for all the good that it can accomplish, we were aware that in the darkness, people were plotting something less savory for the "Jesus" phone... or should we now say the "Judas" Phone!
Ok, all CNN Headline News Sensationalism aside, a smart hacker has indeed found a way to download Torrent files on an iPhone. While this is very cool news, and has induced many a nerd-gasm across the blogosphere this weekend, there are a few limitations. First off, you can NOT use this over Edge, which shouldn't be a surprise given the 2.5g status of Edge and AT&T's eternal love of Torrents. Second, it appears thus far that it only downloads, no uploads. Third, it's a command line function, so there isn't an easy to use GUI for it just yet. And most importantly, this is a battery eater. Your phone will die quickly while Torrent-ing, or as Gizmodo put it:
If you start a download immediately before having sex, your iPhone's battery will be dead before you are finished; i.e. torrenting will drain your battery extremely rapidly.
So there you have it folks. Feel free to fire up you iPhone's for some absolutely legal Torrent-ing while on your home Wi-Fi network. If anyone decides to try it, let us know how it works out.
