Afghan Burglar Alarm Keeps Away...Everyone

Afghan Hanif Molavizadeh wants to keep his home safe from intruders - and who can blame him? So do I! I don't live in a war zone, however (although some might call New York's East Village just that), so this man's ingenuity seems a bit extreme by Western standards:
An alarm is rigged to a cell phone, which allows Molavizadeh to speak over a speakerphone to whomever triggered his incendiary home protection unit. Then, a Kalashnikov AK-47 blows their guts out. Or, I suppose, if it's his book club, Molavizadeh opens the door and puts on a nice pot of tea.
Incidentally, during an initial mishap the Kalashnikov accidentally went off, breaking a window and ricocheting off a neighbor's wall. Far from inciting neighborly disharmony, one neighbor actually ordered his own AK-47 alarm. Kinda makes Sloan seem ineffective, yeah?
