Happy April Fool's Day folks!

I have to admit that I actually have not been looking forward to today for the very simple reason that April Fool's is the hardest day in the whole year for me to bring you real tech news. I can't take any new information seriously!

Of course, I *can* write about the jokes that are going on today, and YouTube has stepped up to the plate and delivered a tasty morsel for my (and your) benefit:

No, that's not your mind playing tricks on you, YouTube has disabled embedding for all video of Rick Astley's "Never Gonna Give You Up," and to top it off, all video links on their featured videos section are now rickrolling users.

I guess the folks at YouTube just couldn't help themselves today.

Bonus trivia: My mom has the unfortunate luck to have her birthday today. You wouldn't believe the multitude of pranks we play on her every year - from hiding gifts in elaborate scavenger hunts to "forgetting" her birthday, she always has an adventure waiting for her on this day.
