HD-DVD Victim Protection Programme Expands To Wal*Mart

*mental note: don't make broad statements about American retailers in the future, you will be dead wrong*
It seem Wal*Mart has now joined the party of retailers like Best Buy and Circuit City out to prove me wrong and show their compassion for HD-DVD early adopters.
If you were one of the unfortunate souls to buy an HD-DVD player after November 1, 2007 (this includes the $99 Toshiba player sale we wrote about back in November), you have until April 30, 2008 to go to your local Wal*Mart and return your HD-DVD player for a full refund.
Original packaging isn't necessary, but you will need a receipt.
This'll teach me to badmouth American retailers... geez.
