Obligatory GTA Post: Rockstar Owns The Media

So, apparently, GTA IV is about the only thing happening today. Everywhere I turn, it's something else about GTA IV, whether it be how great it is, or how many copies it's expected to sell, or which conservative group is bashing it this time. I think I even so a posting about it over at the RainbowPoniesAreAwesome blog... that may have been the name of the site, I can't remember, but I'm sure it was something like that.

I swore I wasn't going to bother posting about it since everyone else is, but I just can't get around it. Whatever news there was to be had today has obviously been postponed due to the mega-monolith that is GTA IV. And probably for good reason. Personally, I'm considering ways to sneak out of work early so I can get my copy of the game, and have already started planting the seeds of my impending "illness," so that I might be believable when I call off tomorrow. But I digress...

Where was I going with this? Enh, doesn't matter, it all comes back to the fact that we're all chomping at the bit to play GTA IV and are completely distracted, just like someone that has just quit smoking: I can't concentrate on anything other than GTA. So here's your obligatory GTA Post. For all you slackers that took a day (or two) off, I hate you, to everyone else, I'll see you online tonight!
