Homotron Week In Review: Week Ending 5/17/2008

I'm visiting the parentals in Houston, TX and taking advantage of the medical facilities available in the city (which far outweigh those of Miami) to take care of a few things.
So if during this week you read something crazy from me, don't worry: it's just the anesthetics talking.
On to the linkage:
- The Homotron Downlink Episode #4 was released!
- Canucks, get your iPod class action lawsuit money!
- What are you doing with your wad of cash from the IRS?
- Our very own Jesse James takes the multi-talented Yoono extension out for a spin.
- NeonMadman bemoans the new Apple behemoth now present in his home town of Boston. His faith in humanity has been shaken. Poor NeonMadman, you still had faith?
- For some weird reason, CBS buys out CNET. My brain is coming up with all kinds of horrible flashbacks to TechTV's downfall.
- Charter Communications pulls a Comcast and declares it's going to track every customer's surfing habits to serve them ads. I'm not enthused. Neither are its customers.
- This goes without saying but I'll repeat it again: be careful what you put on those social networking sites, OK? It could lead to some very nasty results. If you've got a crazy social networking story, share it with us!
- As if we didn't know, a marketing research firm proves that gays love the Apple. I guess next they'll find out we buy lots of lube.
- Nintendo dishes out some tough love.
- Our Gadget of the Week was the Blackberry Bold. Preeeeetty.
