Mozilla Decides June Is A Good Time For FireFox 3

Even though we've been playing around with various beta builds and, more recently, release candidates for FireFox 3, the official release of the highly anticipated browser has been set for... sometime in June. Not too terribly surprising, given how smoothly the release candidate is currently, but it's nice to know that Mozilla isn't going to pull a Google and leave FireFox 3 in beta for an indeterminate amount of years.
If you haven't tried it out yet, you can grab your RC1 build here and give it a whirl, or, if your one of those gurls that doesn't like to damage the wrapping paper when opening your presents, wait till June. For what it's worth, I've been enjoying FireFox 3 and am very much looking forward to the promised integration with Flock (Flock is built on the FF2 code). It's faster and a bit sleeker, but I really want my add-ons to transfer over before I can make the full commitment.
