Yes, that's a ring designed to replicate the shape of the AIDS virus.

I uh ... I don't know what to say about this. I did find the comments on Boing Boing amusing, especially the double-edged meaning of this one:

It's cool looking, but it'd get caught on everything.

Ouch!

I don't wear jewelry, so there's no sense in saying, "I would not buy this." But can you think of any reason why you'd want a ring that looked like AIDS? What about a cancer ring? Or Ebola? Or balding? (It feels weird to categorize this under "on your body" ... man, today is just too friggin' weird.)
