Puppy Tech: Cutest. Amputee. Ever.

I'm not even sure that it's appropriate to call a puppy that was born without its two front legs an amputee, but regardless, this little guy is the most adorable thing I've ever seen!
Like I was saying, Hope here was rescued by the Southern Comfort Maltese Rescue out of Chattanooga, TN. She had the unfortunate discomfort of being born with back legs and just a couple of nibs up front for arms, so all she could do was hop around. Lucky for her, people have a soft spot for adorable puppies, and an orthotist created the device you see strapped to her to help her move around.
While the device doesn't provide a full range of motions, like climbing and such, it does allow little Hope to zoom across the room at faster speeds than her puppy companions! She'll need a newer one we she gets a bit bigger, but this contraption will suit her well for now. Just don't be mean and ask her to jump for a treat.
Stick around after the jump to see a video of the pup in action.

Within one hour of its unboxing, The One became the undisputed ruler of Tiny's entire home. Buy this or despair.
