Gadget Of The Week: Wake N'Bacon

Honestly, of all the gadgets, devices and thingamabobs that roll through this site and the internets in general on a regular basis, the Wake N'Bacon really is the last thing I'd have expected to fall in love with.

But as my boyfriend reminded me today, even though I'm a die-hard late sleeper, the smell of bacon frying has me out of bed in a heartbeat. I just keep referencing the image of this porky alarm clock on my night table, cooking up a rasher or two of bacon for me as I yawn and stretch and try to come to life.

It's corny, but it promises a clear blue future filled with happy morning people and crispy, delicious bacon. I am so very, very sold.
