Psystar Going Anti-Trust With Apple?

Looks like Psystar is gunning for a last-minute upset or, at least, to take as big a bite out of the Apple as it possibly can in its Mac clone legal tussle. Specifically, playing the anti-trust card, according to a member of Psystar's legal team:
"This case has been mischaracterized. There are a lot more complicated issues than just copyright or trademark. There are more complex issues [than those] in respect to the end-user licensing agreement. And antitrust issues come into play, too..."
Will this be a gut-buster of a case, or merely a temporary case of heartburn? Apple's so flush right now that it could, frankly, afford to give us a bit of a show. Grab me some popcorn!

Antitrust? This case should be handled on a daytime TV courtroom so the world can see Psystar get told that they've smoked too much crack.
