MS Office Editing Coming To iPhone

At least according to Read Write Web it is. It looks lke a company called Dataviz is developing a version of their Documents To Go for the iPhone, which would allow from some pretty standard editing of Word, Excel and PowerPoint documents.
The company has popped out their software for most of the other smart phone platforms, and if they follow suit with their previous efforts, there will be two versions of the software. The basic version will allow from copy/paste, basic editing, and spell check, while the pro version would incorporate more advanced features like adjusting cells and fonts, inserting charts, and track changes features. Both versions will likely have a cost associated with it.
While this definitely helps to further position the iPhone in the business smart phone market, I have to wonder if the average iPhone owner will make use of this functionality? I probably wouldn't pay for this, since I don't really do a lot of on the go kind of things (although it might help with writing blog posts on my phone during my commute), but we've definitely heard the cries for it from the community.
Will you be grabbing this when it releases? What will you be using it for? If you're dieing to have this program, sign up to be notified when it releases.
