iPhone Firmware 2.2 Released! Adds Street View, Emoji, And More!

The new iPhone Firmware update has been released!
Bringing the firmware version number to 2.2, this update brings many new things, including Google Street View, Emoji support (for Japanese users), Podcast downloading over the air, and much more:
Enhancements to Maps- Google Street View
- public transit and walking diretions
- display address of dropped pins
- share location via emailEnhancements to Mail
- resolved isolated issues with scheduled fetching of email
- improved formatting of wide HTML emailImproved stability and performance of Safari
Podcasts are now available for download in iTunes application (over Wi-Fi and cellular)
Decrease in call set-up failures and call drops
Improved sound quality of visual voicemail messages
Pressing the Home button from any Home screen takes you to the first Home screen
Preferences to turn on/off auto-correction in Keyboard settings
Unfortunately, I can't bring you first hand impressions on the update, as my iPhone is currently jailbroken (I did it in order to be able to do live video streaming via Qik, which works really well! Check it out!)
I'll bring you news on the jailbreak for 2.2, once they release an update.
