April Fools' Tech Pranks Go Pinocchio

In 2007, CNet's April Fools' Day jokes featured two fictitious and seemingly absurd sites: a Google Maps feature tracking rodent sightings in NYC eateries, and a prenatal Twitter dealie in which an unborn fetus could post updates.
Now that the New York City government has its very own Rat Information Portal, however, the joke is on the rats.
Designer Corey Menscher's innovative Kickbee goes even further. Kickbee interfaces with a maternal sensor belt that converts baby movements into, yes, Twitter updates.
Suddenly April 1, 2009 looks more intimidating. I've got to get my automatically-feed-tiny-a-Big-Mac into working beta by March!
