Go-Go Magic Magazine Searches!

Google announced today that they have added select magazines to their quasi-controversial Book Search Engine. Back issues and current issues of magazines like Ebony, The New Yorker and Popular Mechanics are now scanned and ready to be purused and searched by your information lusting eyes.
The search works just like the book search by pulling up either titles or text within articles and integrates with the book search, so you'll be pulling up books and magazines at the same time. The articles are in full-color and have not been adjusted at all, so you can see the information in it's original-esque glory.
While I think it's an interesting idea, I'm curious to see if this catches on with publishers or readers. I suppose this could be very useful for research purposes, but trying to convince publishers, many of whom are struggling to increase readership and sales, to post their content free online may be a stretch.
In any case, give it a shot. It's a pretty nifty tool!
