Rumorama Update: iMacs, Mac Minis Getting NVidia 9400M Chips
Apple Insider has an update to the Mac Mini rumors that have been fluttering around the intertubes.
Word is, Apple's upcoming iMac and Mac Mini hardware refreshes will see the same NVIDIA 9400M (or a variant thereof) GPUs that recently made their way into the new MacBooks. The information comes from OS X extension files referenced in the recent 10.5.6 update, which more or less confirms Apple's plan to update both the iMac and the Mac Mini.
It also indicates how significant that update may be - with speculators suggesting the iMac could go quad-core and that the Mini could get a dual hard drive option. Gimme!
