Day Of The Leaks: MS Office 14

Our second leak for the day is a series of screen shots for Microsoft's Office 14. Sure, this isn't quite as cool as an OS update leak, but it's still pretty nifty to see.

From the looks of it, not much has changed in the way of the interface between Office 14 and Office 2007. The Ribbon Interface looks to be pretty well intact, and even though Den Den is not a big fan, I have to say that it's a pretty decent interface.

All of these shots are from an Alpha build, so things could change of course. Also, we aren't really sure about the actual code changes. What we do know is that the for reals Beta should hit around May and the final release sometime by the end of the year.

While Office 14 isn't the official title, it may make sense considering the naming convention for Windows 7... which is just Windows 7. However, rumors have also speculated that it will be called Office System 2009.
