New Browsers Up In The iTunes App Store

Well I'll be damned, it looks like Apple has pulled back the curtain a bit a finally approved a few third-party web browsers to the iTunes App store! There are a few available now, ranging from free to a few dollars.
Apple has held a policy for their App store that prevents any application from duplicating core functions of the iPhone. We've heard about podcast and mail apps that were denied due to the policy, so it comes as a bit of a surprise that Apple would turn around and approve apps that duplicate some functionality of Safari.
It may be because the new browers all work off some sort of gimmick. Edge Browser uses the entire screen for the browser, while WebMate allows tabbed browsing of sorts, and Incognito provides private browsing. It could also be that this is a sign that Apple is eazing up on their hard-core App Policy.
There is no sign or word of a Firefox or Opera or Internet Explorer browser as of yet, but with this news I wouldn't be surprised to see those browsers submit versions for approval.
