T-Mobile Going Unlimited?

In a world of nickel-and-dimes, T-Mobile looks ready to offer existing customers a $50 monthly unlimited calling plan. The Single Line Unlimited Anytime Minutes plan should offer customers in the US unlimited anytime minutes, long-distance, voicemail, three-way calls and caller ID, and should become available to current T-Mobile customers on March 1.
A new $90 plan called the FamilyTalk Unlimited Anytime Plan will offer the same features as the new $50 deal, but for two phone numbers rather than one.
Of course, data and text messaging are not included and can be added at current rates or, pricier but simpler, with an $85 plan that includes unlimited voice, data and text messaging for a single line.
Note that the new plans will probably not be advertised, but will be made available exclusively through text, email and of course the tried-and-true phone call. If you've got a plan, that is, or an elderly relative (such as myself) with an ancient land line.

3D iPhone glasses. Why?
I'm hoping this isn't all rumor. I've been with T-Mobile for about 4 years now and love them. $85 for unlimited voice/data/text would save me money. Even if I wasn't able to get my corporate discount on top of that, I would still be coming out ahead.
